Job summary

dynamic commerce AG offers an E‑Commerce Management Apprenticeship with the option to work 100% remotely or from our Kulmbach office. You’ll join the Customer Care team and learn how to build online shops while serving as the central contact for our clients on digital projects.

You’ll gain hands-on project management experience from day one, participate in regular calls, and contribute to real customer projects.

Responsibilities

• Help develop our customers’ projects and advise them on their digital strategy.
• Learn how to run presentations and scoping sessions.
• Take part in trade shows and sales events.
• Test requirements and hand them over to our customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and support them in their digital projects.
• Work in agile, cross‑functional projects using SCRUM.
