Job summary

Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking an E-Commerce Inventory Associate to help ensure items move accurately through all stages of the inventory lifecycle. The role supports production, operations and revenue goals of the e-commerce facility, contributing to mission advancement.

You will learn inventory software, resolve discrepancies, and communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and customers while working independently with strong organizational focus.

Position Summary:

The E-Commerce Inventory Associate assists with the accuracy of items through all stages in their inventory life cycle. They contribute to the overall production, operations, and sales goals of the E-Commerce facility. This position helps generate revenue to support services and programs in advancement of our mission.

• Production: Processes items through all stages in its inventory life cycle.

• Safety & Risk: Follows and adheres to safety and risk procedures and initiatives.
• Housekeeping: Ensures housekeeping standards are met on a daily basis.

Job Pay & Perks:

• Pay Range: $14.20- $19.52/hr

Prior Experience & Education:

• Prior retail or thrift experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
