Rappahannock Goodwill Industries (RGI) is seeking an E-Commerce Team Lead - Distribution Operations to help manage online sales from intake to shipment. You will coordinate warehouse tasks, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain inventory records using our systems.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends. Training will prepare you to lead a small team and improve processes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years retail or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, order picking, packing and shipping.
• Maintain quality standards for e-commerce distribution and ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Utilize inventory management systems to track stock levels and accuracy.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and refunds promptly and professionally.
• Inspect merchandise to ensure listing quality and condition.
