Job summary

Goodwill-Easter-Seals-Miami-Valley-3 is seeking support for the Retail E-Commerce Department to drive online sales. You will sort, photograph, list, inventory, package, and ship items while delivering excellent customer service.

Applicants should be able to multitask, work independently or in a team, and maintain a safe, clean work environment in compliance with agency policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a background check and random drug screens.
• Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
• Respect safety standards and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maximize online sales across ecommerce departments (sorting, photographing, listing).

Summary

To assist in the overall operation of the Retail E-Commerce Department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Perform various job responsibilities to maximize online sales in all of the ecommerce departments including but not limited to sorting, photographing, listing, inventorying, packaging, and shipping items.
2. Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally at all times.
3. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
4. Comply with all Agency policies, procedures and safety standards throughout work areas and maintain same to meet CARF, HIPAA, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards.
5. Other duties may be assigned.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Degree preferred but not required.

Experience Requirements

Must be skilled with Windows PC and Internet knowledgeable, must be able to multi-task, and work both rapidly and efficiently. Must be able to use a pallet jack.
