Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Account Associate to manage our partnerships with multiple furniture e-commerce platforms. In this role, you will own the day-to-day operational execution for select e-commerce accounts -from product data accuracy and new item onboarding to order fulfillment and customer issue resolution. You'll be the operational backbone that keeps our e-commerce presence running smoothly while supporting our strategic growth initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Product Data Management & Ingestion: Manage new product uploads, content accuracy, and data validation across multiple platforms. Ensure product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and imagery meet platform requirements and brand standards.
  • Data Integrity & Quality Control: Perform regular audits on product listings, order data, and inventory feeds. Identify and resolve discrepancies, coordinate corrections, and maintain high accuracy standards across all accounts.
  • Order Entry & Fulfillment Support: Process orders, coordinate with internal operations on shipment timelines, and track fulfillment status. Serve as liaison between e-commerce accounts and logistics/operations teams.
  • Claims & Issue Management: Handle vendor scorecards, address platform-specific performance issues, customer complaints, and claims. Document and elevate issues appropriately; track resolutions.
  • Account Coordination: Maintain regular communication with account contacts. Respond to platform updates, promotional requests, and operational questions. Keep manager informed on account health and emerging issues.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product Development, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams to support account needs - whether that's product assortment decisions, inventory coordination, or promotional planning.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Create account performance summaries, track key metrics (new product velocity, data accuracy rates, order volume), and maintain organized documentation of account communications and processes.
  • Incoming calls: Answer and route incoming phone calls, providing courteous, accurate assistance and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff or department.
Requirements
  • Essential: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously
  • Essential: Comfort with data entry and validation; Excel or similar data tools
  • Essential: Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative working style
  • Nice to Have: Prior e-commerce, account management, or furniture industry experience
  • Nice to Have: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or ERP systems
