Barmona Logistics LLC is seeking an energetic E-Bike Delivery Associate to deliver orders safely and promptly using Honda-branded electric bikes. You will interact with customers to provide a positive experience and ensure accuracy from order to doorstep delivery.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Delivery or courier background is desirable.
• Strong communication and time management abilities.
• Ability to operate an electric bike safely in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an electric bike to deliver packages to customers within designated areas.
• Navigate efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to ensure timely deliveries.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service during each interaction.
• Verify orders before delivery for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the e-bike for safety and reliability.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols during deliveries.
• Complete delivery documentation and report delays to the supervisor.
