Qualifications

• Proven experience with core monitoring tools and deployment/instrumentation.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Unix infrastructure services and scripting basics.
• Proficiency in Java and/or .NET programming.
• Experience in application and network performance monitoring and availability.
• Experience with N-Tier architectures across web servers, middleware, databases, etc.
• Familiarity with ITIL functions and processes.
