Job summary

LATICRETE International in Texas seeks a Dynamics 365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize our CRM platform, focusing on Marketing, Customer Insights Journeys, and data visualization with Power BI. You will collaborate with developers and business teams to ensure the CRM aligns with strategic goals.

The role requires hands-on experience with Dynamics365 or Salesforce, Power Platform, and strong security and data integrity practices. Travel is expected up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field required.
• D365 CRM Associate certification required; Expert preferred.
• Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce CRM.
• Strong CRM architecture, integration, and customization knowledge.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Experience with PowerBI and Dynamics365 reporting preferred.
• CRM security best practices and end-user support experience.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Dynamics365 Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the LATICRETE Microsoft Dynamics365 platform, with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. This role will support CRM customization, integration using Power Platform tools, and contribute to data visualization efforts using PowerBI. The administrator will collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM system aligns with business needs and supports strategic initiatives.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned, as necessary.

CRM Administration & Customization (50%)

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Maintain and improve customer-facing Power Pages / Power Apps portals.
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

Integration & Reporting (30%)

• Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) for system integration, custom workflow development and automation.
• Support data integration between Dynamics365 Dataverse and other enterprise systems.
• Assist BI team in developing PowerBI reports and dashboards to support CRM business intelligence needs.

Collaboration & Support (20%)

• Work with stakeholders and technical leadership to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain and abide by corporate CRM change-management process.
• Act as primary end-user support professional for Marketing group.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure CRM alignment with organizational goals and enterprise architecture standards.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required, Expert certification preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.

Specialized Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce.com CRM.
• Proficiency in the following CRM modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integration and customization.
• Strong knowledge of data integrity best practices. Ability to proactively identify, rectify and prevent quality issues.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (model‑driven and canvas), and Dataverse.
• Experience with PowerBI and Dynamics365 reporting and data visualization preferred.
• Working knowledge of CRM application security standards and best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team Cooperation - maintain positive, cooperative attitude with all employees of LATICRETE and all customers.

Travel Requirement

• 10%, domestic.
