Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team, supporting an existing application platform and contributing to modernization enhancements.
• Understand operational and IT requirements of OPWDD and ITS.
• Assess and configure software and new applications using MS Dynamics.
• Ensure integration of new enhancements with existing systems.
• Evaluate configuration changes through deployment and change management cycles.
• Create documentation for the current system and applied patches.
• Provide extended support for post-deployment issues and ongoing maintenance services.
