Job summary

ISEC is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 professional to lead and deliver ERP/CRM solutions across upgrades, migrations, and ongoing support. The role involves configuring Dynamics 365 modules, building Power Apps and Power Automate workflows, and administering SharePoint to optimize business processes.

You will analyze processes, define requirements, and perform gap analyses to propose effective enhancements. Strong communication with stakeholders and CAB coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business admin, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in business systems or IT support.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP configuration.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong SharePoint administration skills.
• Analytical mindset with data validation and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to optimize business processes.
• Lead Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM projects, including upgrades, migrations, and end-user support.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP applications (CRM/Business Central/SCM).
• Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows to streamline processes.

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP, including configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Experience in creating business rules, forms, views, command bar extensions
• Deep understanding of Dataverse data modeling (tables, relationships, choices)
• Knowledge of CRM configuration vs customization boundaries
• Effectively provide SharePoint administration tasks.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and data analysis tools.
• Experience with SharePoint workflows and IT infrastructure.
• Proven ability to design and implement business solutions.

Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, location, and other business considerations. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus program.
