Job summary

ISEC Inc. is seeking a Dynamics 365 Solutions Lead to drive ERP/CRM projects, upgrades, and end-user support. You will configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP, build Power Apps and Power Automate flows, and administer SharePoint to streamline business processes.

You will analyze processes, document requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver automated, reliable solutions across Microsoft technologies. A strong background in data modeling and governance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of experience in business systems or IT support.
• 3–6 years of experience in developing business applications, cloud system administration, or data analytics.
• Strong configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to optimize business processes.
• Lead Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM projects including upgrades, migrations, and end-user support.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications (CRM/ERP like Business Central or SCM).
• Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
• SharePoint administration and governance.
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones with clear stakeholder communication.
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Document business requirements, functional specs, and process flows.
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend enhancements.
• Maintain data integrity through validation, audits, reconciliation.
• Communicate system changes and outages to CAB prior to implementation.

Preferred Qualification s:

Skills & Abilities:

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP, including configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Experience in creating business rules, forms, views, command bar extensions
• Deep understanding of Dataverse data modeling (tables, relationships, choices)
• Knowledge of CRM configuration vs customization boundaries
• Effectively provide SharePoint administration tasks.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and data analysis tools.
• Experience with SharePoint workflows and IT infrastructure.
• Proven ability to design and implement business solutions.
