Job summary

Mimaki Usa Inc. is seeking a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform specialist to design, implement, and support enterprise solutions across the business.

The role collaborates with IT staff, cross-functional stakeholders, and external consultants to deliver scalable, secure, and data-driven capabilities. You will configure Dynamics 365 CE, build Power Apps/Power Automate flows, develop reporting, and mentor users while maintaining governance and environment lifecycle management across DEV/TEST/PROD.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field; or 3+ years of related experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Pages).
Experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and related enterprise systems.
Experience with integrations using Logic Apps and other platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and design scalable software solutions.
Develop Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions to support operations.
Create and manage Dynamics 365 entities, workflows, and business logic.
Build dynamic reporting and dashboards for BI and analytics.
Train end users and provide ongoing system administration and support.
Ensure data governance, security roles, and environment lifecycle management.
Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
