Job summary

Crowe is seeking a hands-on Technical Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications. This client-facing, individual-contributor role focuses on designing scalable enterprise solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, and DevOps, while actively delivering technical work.

You will lead architecture discussions, prototypes, and integrations, mentor colleagues, and contribute to proposals and delivery planning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years designing and delivering enterprise apps with Microsoft tech.
• 4+ years with Dynamics 365 Finance/Operations, Customer Engagement, or Dataverse.
• Proven technical leadership on at least two full-cycle D365 implementations.
• Hands-on experience with D365, Power Platform, Azure, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Design application, integration, data, security, and environment architecture across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.
• Lead technical delivery from discovery and design through implementation, go‑live, and hypercare.
• Design and implement integrations using APIs, Dataverse, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and related technologies.
• Build prototypes, review code and configurations, and troubleshoot application, integration, deployment, security, and performance issues.
• Establish engineering and ALM standards, including source control, branching, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and deployment practices.
• Translate architecture into actionable requirements for developers and consultants while identifying technical risks and dependencies.
• Support Copilot, Power Platform, automation, and AI‑enabled solutions with appropriate security and governance.
• Lead client technical discussions, architecture workshops, demonstrations, and technical deep dives.
• Support proposals, estimates, and delivery planning while mentoring developers and consultants.
