Job summary

EY is seeking a D365 Supply Chain Management Solution Architect to evaluate, design, customize, deploy, and optimize Dynamics 365 SCM solutions. As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will bridge business problems with technical solutions, guiding architecture decisions to deliver client outcomes.

You will work with EY groups to pursue digital engagements, lead in defining solution architecture, and contribute to a broad client portfolio across SAP? (note: Dynamics 365 focus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 4–6 years of experience in solution architecture and/or ERP software solutions.
• 5+ years of project experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009/AX2012 or Dynamics 365 SCM.
• Minimum of 3 full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 SCM.
• Experience in Application and Tool Analysis, Cloud Computing Architecture, and Cybersecurity and Privacy Architecture.
• Strong data architecture design and modeling skills; familiarity with design methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies, IT standards and governance, and platform architecture.
• Expertise in solution architecture design and technical feasibility analysis.
• Ability to map technology business requirements with cost-benefit analysis.
• Strong relationship-building, client trust, and commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication skills with impact.
• Track record of complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and digital fluency.
• Leadership qualities including driving outcomes, emotional agility, and team leadership.
• Adaptability and learning agility, with change management and negotiation experience.
