Job summary

Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Dynamics 365 PO/CE Engineer to support the implementation and ongoing evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Customer Engagement modules.

You will be a primary technical resource for PO/CE, including Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The role collaborates with stakeholders and external partners to administer the platform, support integrations, resolve issues, and deliver new capabilities through configuration

Qualifications

• Experience administering, configuring, developing, or supporting Dynamics 365 PO/CE and Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
• Experience configuring Dataverse, model-driven Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Security administration and cross-system integration support.
• Strong communication and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation support and ongoing technical administration for Dynamics 365 PO/CE and related applications.
• Configure Dataverse tables, forms, views, and model-driven apps.
• Develop platform enhancements using Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, JavaScript, and APIs.
• Implement new capabilities via configuration or custom development with technology partners.
• Administer security roles, users, teams, and access permissions.
• Support integrations between Project Operations, Finance & Operations, and other systems.
• Diagnose and resolve data, security, and performance issues; maintain ALM across environments.
• Document technical designs, configs, and operating procedures; provide cross-training.
