Job summary

Dev Technology Group is seeking a Dynamics 365/Power Platform Developer to configure, extend, troubleshoot, and improve Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities supporting case and matter management, dashboards, and knowledge management for a federal client.

You will work across configuration, development, and user support in a secure government context, collaborating with client teams, Helpdesk, and government users to deliver release-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience configuring, customizing, supporting, and troubleshooting Dynamics 365 in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Power Platform development/configuration of business processes, reports, dashboards, and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, maintain, and enhance Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Extend Dynamics 365 functionality using approved technologies, including .NET Framework and JavaScript.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, queries, views, and approval workflows.
