Quisitive, a leading Microsoft partner, seeks a Principal Dynamics 365 F&SCM Solution Architect to lead complex transformation for enterprise clients. You will define strategy, steer architecture, and guide delivery of D365 F&SCM solutions while modernizing processes.

You will collaborate with executives, manage stakeholder expectations, mentor teams, and contribute to pre-sales efforts. Travel up to 30% and deep finance/SCM expertise are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting experience delivering ERP or business application solutions.
• 5+ years of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or Dynamics AX experience.
• Lead Solution Architect, Functional Architect, or Senior Consultant on multiple full-lifecycle D365 implementations.
• Deep expertise in Finance and/or SCM processes: procurement, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, planning, and finance.
• Experience leading client workshops and managing executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of D365 architecture, Azure DevOps, ALM, and release mgmt practices.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns: Data Management Framework, Dual-write, Business Events, Dataverse, APIs, Power Platform.
• Experience developing data migration and deployment strategies.
• Exceptional consulting, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder mgmt skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process transformation and solution architecture for Dynamics 365 F&SCM engagements.
• Facilitate executive discovery sessions, process assessments, architecture reviews, and solution design workshops.
• Architect scalable solutions across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Planning, Transportation Management, and related processes.
• Translate complex business requirements into end-to-end D365 F&SCM solutions aligned with best practices and Microsoft roadmap.
• Define integration, data migration, reporting, security, and governance strategies.
• Partner with technical architects, developers, Power Platform specialists, and data teams to deliver outcomes.
• Provide architecture oversight during implementation: design reviews, testing strategy, deployment planning, go-live support.
• Advise clients on emerging capabilities: Copilot, AI agents, Planning Opt, Power Platform, analytics.
• Support sales pursuits: solution estimation, proposals, and executive presentations.
• Mentor consultants and solution architects; help establish delivery standards and best practices.

As a Principal Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) Solution Architect, you will lead complex business transformation initiatives for enterprise and mid-market clients. Serving as a trusted advisor to executive and operational stakeholders, you will define solution strategy, lead architecture and design, and guide the successful delivery of D365 F&SCM solutions while helping clients modernize business processes and maximize the value of their Microsoft investments.

This role combines deep functional expertise, consulting leadership, solution architecture, and client-facing advisory responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

• Proven experience serving as a Lead Solution Architect, Functional Architect, or Senior Consultant on multiple full-lifecycle D365 implementations.
• Deep expertise in Finance and/or Supply Chain Management processes, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, planning, and financial operations.
• Experience leading client workshops, managing executive stakeholders, and driving solution design decisions.
• Strong understanding of D365 architecture, Azure DevOps, application lifecycle management, and release management practices.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns, including Data Management Framework, Dual-write, Business Events, Dataverse, APIs, and Power Platform.
• Experience developing data migration and deployment strategies.
• Exceptional consulting, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with both D365 Finance and D365 Supply Chain Management modules.
• Experience with a Microsoft Solutions Partner, systems integrator, or consulting firm.
• Large-scale, multi-entity, or global ERP implementation experience.
• Microsoft certifications such as MB-330, MB-340, MB-310, or related Solution Architect certifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, AI agents, Intelligent Order Management, and Power Platform.
• Demonstrated success supporting pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and practice development.
