Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years ERP administration, integration support, or related technical role.
• Understanding of core ERP concepts and data flow/integration.
• Experience with APIs, EDI, file-based interfaces (SFTP) and middleware/iPaaS.
• Hands-on SQL querying to analyze and validate data.
• Knowledge of core business processes: Manufacture to Deliver, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Plan to Produce, Record to Report.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the health and performance of the Dynamics 365 F&SC platform and its integrations daily (warehouse, transportation, Boomi).
• Troubleshoot failed transactions, interface errors, and data integrity issues across D365 and connected systems (EDI, AP automation, reporting).
• Build, configure, and maintain data integrations using D365 data entities, OData, and middleware mappings.
• Develop and tune data import/export packages validating data end-to-end.
• Configure D365 settings, parameters, and workflows per change requests.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze data and diagnose discrepancies.
• Collaborate with business users and external partners for UAT on integration changes.
• Assist in maintaining D365 security configurations under guidance of ERP Architect.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for configurations and interfaces.
