Responsabilités

• Develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).
• Design and maintain plugins, workflows, and system integrations.
• Build and maintain solutions on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Provide support during testing, deployment, and maintenance phases.
