Job summary

AGS Youth Soccer Club in Texas is seeking energetic, kid-friendly Youth Soccer Coaches to join our team. We work with children from ages 2 to 14, introducing soccer basics and fun through organized activities.

Ideal candidates are reliable, playful, and ready to coach during weekday evenings (4pm–8pm) and weekend mornings (9am–12pm). Pay ranges from $21.00 to $27.00 per hour. You will help kids develop motor skills and a love of sport while communicating effectively with parents.

Qualifications

• Passionate about working with and engaging young children.
• Availability on weekday evenings (4pm–8pm) and/or weekends (9am–12pm on Sat/Sun).
• Reliable and professional.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing with children, parents, and co-workers.
• Able to be playful, fun, and imaginative with children.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with children and deliver feedback to parents.
• High energy and able to coach soccer with young children for 2+ hours.
