Highland Presbyterian Church in Fayetteville, NC seeks a Director of Student Ministries to lead a vibrant youth program for grades 6–12. This full-time role focuses on personal discipleship, building trusted relationships, and guiding students toward a lasting connection with Jesus within a Reformed, PCUSA setting.

The role reports to the Senior Pastor, collaborates with the Youth Committee and Session, and involves teaching, mentoring, volunteer development, parental communication, and planning

• Relational disciple-maker who enjoys middle and high school students and reaches quiet or disconnected students.
• Self-motivated builder who identifies needs, sets priorities, and completes tasks without prompting.
• Thoughtful Bible teacher who connects Scripture to everyday life and welcomes honest questions.
• Organized communicator who keeps parents informed and supports volunteers.
