Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and oversight for the Young Adults Ministry (ages 20-30).
• Preach a minimum of 10 Sundays a year across campuses and speak at 25 Young Adult nights.
• Design, build, and oversee vibrant small group structures for young adults.
• Plan and execute strategic events and initiatives for the young adult community.
• Recruit, train, and raise up volunteer leaders for sustainable ministry teams.
• Develop outward-facing relationships, potentially with OU sports teams and FCA.
• Manage the Young Adults budget, resources, and ministry schedules.
