Young Mens Christian Association Of The Chesapeake is seeking a part-time Water Exercise Instructor to lead group classes at St. Marys YMCA in Lexington Park, MD. The role focuses on safe, enjoyable workouts and member engagement while adhering to YMCA policies.

You will answer member questions, support wellness goals, and foster community within the YMCA, ensuring safety and readiness to handle emergencies as needed.

Formación

• Certifications in CPR, First Aid, AED and national group fitness credentials are required.
• YMCA Healthy Lifestyles certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Lead energizing, safe, and educational water exercise classes as directed.
• Answer member questions and support wellness goals.
• Build authentic relationships with members and connect them with YMCA resources.
• Follow YMCA policies and respond appropriately to emergencies.
