Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is hiring for a warehouse associate in Myerstown, PA. The role involves loading/unloading tires and auto parts, operating forklifts, and maintaining inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The schedule is Friday to Sunday, 5:00am–5:30pm, with overtime possible. Benefits include healthcare from day one, weekly pay, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and an employee discount program. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds safely and up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds with barrels/tires.
• Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet.
• Pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test (no THC).

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles.
• Use scanners to locate and store tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds; team lifts or mechanical aid for tires.
• Exert pushing force up to 40 pounds when handling barrels/tires.
• Work at heights of up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Be on the move and stand for extended periods; overtime may be required.
• Contribute to safety culture and follow procedures.
• Assist other departments such as ecomm, inventory, and will call as needed.
• Duties may include other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
