Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a warehouse associate in Michigan to read work orders, locate and pack items for shipment, and ensure accurate fulfillment. You will operate forklifts and RF scanners, maintain a clean work area, and support safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work well with others, and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy. Prior warehouse experience is preferred and high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of relevant warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to multitask and prioritize with strong time management.
• Detail oriented and able to read/write English.
• Able to work alone or with others in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Pull and follow customer orders.
• Verifies that merchandise is correct for the work order and finalizes and fulfills the shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, WAV Lift, and pallet jacks.
• Ability to use internal RF Scanners to access and document records.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment.
• Other duties as assigned or needed.
