Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Warehouse & Quality Inspection Specialist for a temporary assignment in Fort Collins, CO. You will receive, inspect, document, and ship materials while ensuring products meet established quality standards. Overtime and occasional weekends may be required.

The role requires experience in warehouse operations and quality inspection, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic math and computer skills (including MS Office and inventory systems) are needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/shipping receiving, inventory, or material handling.
• Experience in quality inspection or quality control in manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against packing slips and shipping documentation.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Label, tag, and organize inventory according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Assist with material movement and general warehouse activities.
• Perform visual and mechanical inspections of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Inspect hardware, fasteners, fabricated components, and electrical products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Review supplier certifications and quality documentation.
• Perform sample inspections and document inspection results.
• Identify and report product discrepancies and non-conforming materials.
• Support quality programs, audits, and documentation requirements.
• Follow established quality procedures, work instructions, and customer requirements.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to verify product compliance.
