Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Picker-Packer for the first shift (5:00 am to 3:30 pm). You will pick, pack, and move products safely while following standard procedures across multiple areas including packing, loading, and Returns.

Responsibilities include packaging for stores, salons, or customers, and participating in special projects. Focus on accuracy, safety, and efficient handling in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer prior distribution/warehouse experience.
• Basic computer skills and clear communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Package and ship products to stores, salons, or direct to customers.
• Participate in special projects such as deal breaks and packaging breakdowns.
• Process returns and inspect for quantity and damage against paperwork.
• Maintain accuracy to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and report hazards.
• Meet productivity standards for assigned tasks.
