Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Mocksville, NC location to pick, stage, and ship merchandise in both bulk and stockless departments. You will work with picking documents and voice-pick systems, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic math, excellent attendance, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs, with forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
• Excellent attendance record required.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to perform all physical motions typical of an order picker and lift up to 60 lbs (or more).
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Locate and pick merchandise from picking documents and voice pick system.
• Stage, check, package, and consolidate merchandise in bulk and stockless departments.
• Assist in stockless transfer processes.
• Maintain knowledge of customer needs for custom palletization and labeling; adhere to policy.
• Report inventory discrepancies and shortages to supervisor; research short products to maintain high fill rate.
• Complete all paperwork orderly per procedures.
• Stage picked merchandise in proper area and adjust as needed.
• Perform duties in bulk and stockless departments, including picking daily orders, checking, and loading.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment and follow the cleaning schedule.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and report issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
