Job summary

Beverage South GA/SC is hiring for Warehouse Order Selectors to join our warehouse team on first and second shifts. You will support outbound operations, pick and load orders, and help ensure accuracy and safety.

Qualified candidates have forklift certification, basic PC skills for WMS (VIP), and strong communication abilities. Expect a 40-hour week with potential overtime and several shift options.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to perform various roles within a single shift.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Education/Experience: Prefer minimum 6 months warehouse operations and HS diploma/GED.
• Language ability: Communicate with peers and leadership to articulate problems or questions.
• Math: Basic measurement calculations in units, fractions, and decimals.
• Reasoning: Read and follow standard work instructions and place items appropriately.
• Certificates: Forklift certified.
• Work environment: 40 hours/week on a 4–5 day schedule; overtime as required.
• Physical demands: Lifting up to 160 lbs; warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Learn Beverage South warehouse practices and assist manager with enforcement.
• Meet productivity standards to support timelines and budgets.
• Perform basic warehouse tasks: receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and cleanliness.
• Operate WMS system (VIP) and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Rotate and segregate products using FIFO methods.
• Deliver inventory accuracy and safe product handling.
• Interfacing with customers, carriers, and contractors professionally.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
