Coastal Elite Pro is seeking an Order Selector in Lima, OH to pick, palletize, wrap, and prepare orders in a multi-zone warehouse environment. You will operate pallet jacks and other equipment, maintain a safe workspace, inspect equipment, and assist with stock control.

The role requires lifting up to 75 pounds with assistance, the ability to work in refrigerated/freezer zones, and flexibility for weekend/overtime shifts. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in order selecting and operating industrial equipment is advantageous.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance.
• Able to work in varied temperature zones and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Locate, lift, and handle products using order sheets or audio headsets.
• Operate equipment like pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and conduct equipment inspections.
• Report damaged or low-stock items and ensure product safety through proper wrapping techniques.
• Follow verbal and written instructions accurately in a fast-paced setting.
