The Dixon Group in Pewaukee, WI is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to help keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll unload, pick, pack, count, and verify inventory, operate forklifts, and assist with light assembly and kitting.

You’ll keep our inventory systems up to date using our WMS and ERP tools in a hands-on, team-focused environment. If you enjoy active work and precision, this could be the perfect fit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to read instructions and follow documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Receive, organize, and store incoming materials while keeping inventory accurate and accessible.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with care and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace.
• Perform regular inventory counts and help resolve discrepancies quickly.
• Support special projects and team initiatives as needed.
• Assemble and kit products according to work orders and production schedules.
• Adapt to changing priorities.
