Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to support operations by moving material and inventory within the facility. You will use hand trucks, conveyors and other equipment to prepare orders, count products, and ensure accuracy with handheld scanners.

You will follow 7S standards, maintain cleanliness, and work safely with the team. Ideal candidates are 18+, with basic math and reading ability, and demonstrate teamwork and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents.

Responsibilities

• Move material and inventory throughout the facility.
• Use hand trucks, conveyors or other material handling equipment.
• Perform packing, scanning, kitting or counting of products.
• Verify orders, label products and use a handheld scanner.
• Adhere to the 7S program.
• Maintain a clean environment at all times.
• Work in a safe manner that protects you and your team.
