Job summary

Kizuki International LLC is seeking a Warehouse Inventory & Distribution Specialist in Kent, WA to ensure locations have the supplies and materials needed. Responsibilities include receiving, organizing, storing, picking, packing, and distributing inventory while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

You'll support inventory accuracy, prepare orders for delivery, and collaborate with warehouse teams and other departments to ensure on-time distribution of supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to use basic computer programs and inventory management systems or willingness to learn.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• 50% – Warehouse Operations: Assist with shipping and receiving, including unloading, inspecting, and organizing incoming deliveries.
• 25% – Inventory and Supply Support: Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items or discrepancies; replenish supplies.
• 15% – Order Fulfillment and Distribution: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery and coordinate outgoing shipments.
• 10% – Warehouse Organization and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization; follow safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
