Job summary

Blake Equipment, part of Headwater Companies, is seeking a warehouse and delivery associate in East Windsor, CT. You will receive stock, review bills of lading, and prepare sales orders for shipment, while loading and delivering goods safely to customers.

You will keep the warehouse organized, assist with inventory counts, and ensure compliance with DOT regulations as you support branch operations daily.

Qualifications

• Ability to read safety rules, manuals and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer service and teamwork.
• Basic math to calculate quantities and invoices.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Problem solving in standard work scenarios.
• Plan time and sequencing of own tasks.
• Operate noncomplex office and warehouse machines.
• Meet MVR requirements per insurer guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Receive stock and review bills of lading.
• Assist with preparation of sales orders for shipment.
• Pick, load and deliver products safely and efficiently.
• Maintain organized, clean, safe warehouse.
• Audit incoming shipments and update ERP locations.
• Maintain inventory control and cycle counts.
• Comply with DOT regulations and complete DVIR.
