Job summary

Capstone is seeking Warehouse Associates in Salisbury, NC for a fast-paced role with a 4:30pm start and finish time. You will perform loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, cleanup and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

We offer weekly production pay of $500–$800, with benefits after 60 days and opportunities for career growth. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–75 lbs.
• Prior warehouse or equipment experience preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods as assigned.
• Select, palletize, and sort inventory.
• Audit and repack items; maintain clean work area.
• Follow site leadership instructions and safety rules.
