Job summary

Staffmark Group in Moorpark, CA is hiring a Warehouse Associate. Pay rate is $19.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule.

This role involves supporting warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling to ensure orders are completed safely and accurately. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, warehouse or logistics experience, and the ability to operate pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.
• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Good organizational skills and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lift, move, and sort products - sometimes by hand, sometimes with equipment.
• Pick, pack, and prep orders so they're ready to roll.
• Use scanners or handhelds to keep track of what's moving (we'll train you).
• Assist with receiving and inventory checks as needed.
