Job summary

Freight Handlers in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a hands-on Warehouse Associate. In this role you will unload trailers, break down and restack pallets, and move 25-80 lbs throughout the shift using powered equipment as needed.

You will work 1st or 2nd shifts with potential weekend work. Training is provided for forklifts; strong teamwork and reliability are valued. Expect weekly pay and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• Basic math and attention to detail required.
• Must speak, read, and write English.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
• Warehouse experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and restack pallets in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and powered pallet jacks (training provided).
• Move freight weighing 25-80 lbs throughout shifts.
• Adapt to varied temperatures from 32°F to 90°F.
