Job summary

PSG Global Solutions, LLC is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join a busy records management operation. This hands-on role involves moving, organizing, and processing materials while working independently to meet daily production goals.

You'll handle boxes weighing 10-100 lbs, operate pallet jacks and handheld scanners, and ensure accurate labeling and documentation. The schedule runs 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekends off.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 100 lbs repeatedly and without assistance.
• Physically demanding work for an entire shift.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Quick learner and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Basic reading/writing English.
• Reliable and safety-conscious in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Willingness to use manual material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks/hand trucks.

Responsibilities

• Move and organize boxes and materials weighing 10-100 lbs.
• Use pallet jacks, hand carts, push carts, and handheld scanners to move and track inventory.
• Process labels, documentation, and orders accurately using handheld technology.
• Load and prepare pallets and materials for outbound shipments.
• Navigate stairs, inclines, ladders, and different floor surfaces safely.
• Perform frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, lifting, and carrying throughout the shift.
• Work independently to maintain productivity and meet daily production targets.
