Job summary

Baker Distributing Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced team. You will handle order picking, verification, and general warehouse duties to keep inventory accurate and shipments moving.

This role requires a Highschool Diploma or GED preferred, forklift experience is a plus, and the ability to multi-task and meet daily deadlines. English proficiency and a valid driver's license are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse and/or forklift experience desired.

• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and understanding English to ensure safety and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick and verify orders for customers.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure accuracy of received, picked and shipped items.
• Daily loading/unloading of products for delivery to customers or other centers.
• Receive, inspect, and stock merchandise; prepare orders for shipment as needed.
• Maintain daily truck and forklift maintenance checklists.
• Assist management with inventory counts and warehouse upkeep.
