Job summary

Foundation Building Materials (FBM) is hiring Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced, hands-on team. You will receive, organize, and safely load materials, maintain an orderly warehouse, and support daily operations with accuracy and reliability.

Responsibilities include serving customers who enter the warehouse, performing light maintenance, and participating in inventories. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and following OSHA guidelines while contributing to a strong company of choice.

Qualifications

• Building supply warehouse experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to customers entering the warehouse.
• Maintain a high level of customer focus in producing quality products and services.
• Maintain an understanding of products by identification, weight, and size.
• Receive, organize, and move incoming materials and load outgoing materials.
• Allocate and move material to its correct place and keep an orderly warehouse.
• Maintain packing specifications and produce skids/pallets.
• Participate in monthly and/or annual physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow OSHA safety requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
• Occasional operation of forklift or similar equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
