Job summary

PrimeDefense USA in Akron seeks a motivated Warehouse Associate to receive, store, and distribute products. The role is physically demanding, involving heavy lifting, standing, and a fast-paced environment.

You will handle shipments, organize storage, pick and pack orders, operate forklifts, and maintain accurate inventory. Valid biometric passport (Canadian preferred) and ability to work in a male-dominated setting are noted; prior warehouse experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Valid biometric passport required; Canadian passport preferred.
• Must be comfortable working in a male-dominated environment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming shipments of products.
• Organize and store products in designated areas within the warehouse.
• Prepare orders for shipment by picking and packing products.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move products as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular counts and reporting any discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean organized and safe at all times.
