TTI, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Associate in Fort Worth to unload, count, and verify parts, and to move goods efficiently through receiving to staging. You will enter data into our systems, ensure accuracy, and maintain safety standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to SOPs, and flexibility to train in other areas while aiming for timely, quality delivery. Expect a start rate of $18/hour with possible increases after 90 and 360 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Strong reading and basic math skills for packing, labeling, and data entry.
• Communicates clearly in English; able to understand simple written work instructions.
• May require in-house material handling equipment certification.

Responsibilities

• Unload boxes and pallets from trucks; verify pallet counts with bill of lading and inspect for damages.
• Pull from conveyor or push cart to pallets; confirm part number and quantity on packing slip and labels.
• Enter packing list, quantity, and PO in the system.
• Sort and deliver packages to designated staging locations; maintain 5S standards.
• Operate pallet jack, rider pallet jack, or forklift with certification as needed.
• Support safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics; adhere to SOPs.
• Cross-train in other areas as required; work with urgency and teamwork.
• Maintain attendance in line with HR policies; overtime as required.
