Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a distribution center team member to work across multiple departments, including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment. You will operate material handling equipment to move inventory throughout the facility and support staging for customer deliveries.

The role requires 2-5 years in the field, a HS diploma or GED, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds while standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a physical environment.
• Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Move inventory and equipment using material handling equipment.
• Assist with staging and loading orders into trucks for delivery.
• Verify quantity and quality of incoming products from vendors and distribution centers.
• Prepare items for customer orders using packing lists and palletize as needed.
• Inspect stock items for wear and defects and report issues to management.
• Return misplaced products to proper storage areas and maintain clean workspace.
