Responsibilities

• Triage incoming emergency patients and prioritize needs.
• Obtain and document patient histories and vital signs.
• Assist with patient restraint and handling.
• Support veterinarians and technicians with diagnostics and treatments.
• Prepare patients and equipment for procedures.
• Monitor patients and communicate changes to the medical team.
• Assist with patient care throughout the emergency visit.
• Maintain clean, stocked treatment areas and provide client communication.
• Assist with oncology appointments and patient care.
• Prepare and dispense medications as directed.
• Maintain a clean oncology area and support follow-up.
