Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York Bar (or eligibility) and in good standing.
• 4+ years of relevant capital markets experience.
• Experience advising on equity and/or debt capital markets transactions.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with SEC reporting and disclosure requirements.
• Client-service oriented, collaborative, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Advise on capital markets transactions for public and private clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation.
• Assist with SEC reporting and disclosure matters for public companies.
• Coordinate drafting processes and liaise with partners and clients.
• Work on capital markets-adjacent M&A and strategic transactions.
• Collaborate across practices to deliver integrated solutions.
• Contribute to the firm's thought leadership through writing and submissions.
