Job summary

Included Health is seeking a physician to manage care for patients of all ages, delivering high-quality medical services within an integrated virtual and in-person care model. You will document records, collaborate with teams, educate patients, and participate in flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

The role requires board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, multiple state licenses, and experience with telemedicine and Athena EMR. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Completion of a 3-year residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted state medical license in at least one state (5+ licenses preferred).
• Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine + Pediatrics or FM/IM- Board eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate care for patients, including history, examinations, diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Deliver high quality patient care while maintaining safety and accurate records.
• Coordinate care with providers and support teams and refer when needed.
• Counsel and educate patients; review and document medical history at visits.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and manage acute, chronic, and mental health needs.
• Maintain knowledge of current medical research and participate in telemedicine visits.
• Flex scheduling to include evenings and weekends.
