Job summary

MusicBreeds is seeking dynamic Training Instructors/Facilitators to deliver high-quality instruction in Music Education & Production, Technology & Innovation, or Work-Based Learning & Academic Prep. Instructors guide students through standards-aligned curricula and foster personal and career-ready skills.

Deliver engaging lessons, support diverse learners, and adapt curricula to meet program goals. Flexible part-time schedule with afternoon/evening and weekend options; pay scales from $30–$46

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise and teaching/facilitation experience in one or more areas: music, technology, or academic support.
• Strong classroom management and facilitation skills with youth and/or adult learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to inspire and motivate.
• Adaptability, creativity, and cultural competence; ability to collaborate with staff and case managers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and structured lessons in music, technology, or work-based learning.
• Facilitate group instruction and individualized support for varied learning styles.
• Adapt curriculum to meet student needs and align with program goals.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom and integrate social-emotional learning.
• Administer assessments, track progress, and report outcomes to leadership.
• Collaborate with staff to refine curriculum and instructional strategies.
• Serve as a mentor and role model; participate in meetings and events.
