Job summary

FNBO is seeking a personable Teller to deliver exceptional service by processing customer transactions accurately at branch locations. You will engage customers with a friendly, professional attitude and uphold FNBO’s core values of integrity, respect, and passion.

This role requires travel to neighboring branches as needed—up to five days per week with an average 30-mile one-way commute and possible multi-week assignments. Starting pay is $19/hour, plus a 10% bilingual premium where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Desire to meet the financial needs of our customers and community.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Desirable: ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.
• Previous cash handling experience.
• Previous Teller experience.
• Demonstrated customer service and problem solving skills.
• Unrestricted work authorization; no sponsorship needed.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
