Qualifications

• Understanding of Bank operations.
• Mentor Program, DNA Standard/UX, CTR/MIL understanding, IVIEW, Product Knowledge, ATM Balancing, WITS/Wires - min. domestic, Risk Management Skill, Dual Control.
• At least one year of related experience/cash handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs deposits and withdrawals, posting to general ledger accounts, and cash handling with accuracy.
• Cashes checks and other negotiable instruments for clients and processes loan payments.
• Sells bank products and cross-sells services while maintaining client relationships.
• Balances cash daily, resolves discrepancies, and maintains privacy of customer information.
• Operates online teller terminal and uses related computer applications and equipment.
• Attends meetings and training as required, and supports area personnel and management.
