Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that reflect district curriculum and show written evidence of preparation.
• Plan and use instructional strategies accommodating different learning styles.
• Present subject matter according to TEA guidelines and district policies.
• Use technology to strengthen the teaching/learning process.
• Create a conducive classroom environment and manage student behavior according to code of conduct.
• Establish and maintain open communication with parents, students, and staff.
• Participate in staff development activities and comply with regulations.
• Support extracurricular activities as assigned.
